Power-Sprays

Established in 1962, Power-Sprays Ltd. has been a pioneer in the manufacturing of specialist equipment for the mixing, pumping, and spraying of cementitious composites.

Our journey began with the development of equipment for the spray application of decorative coatings, veneer plasters, and fire protection coatings. As the industry evolved, particularly in the 1970’s, we shifted our focus towards developing machinery for the emerging Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC/GFRC) sector, which was then in its infancy.

Since then our commitment to innovation and quality has propelled us to become a global leader in GRC/GFRC production technologies.

Spray Stations

Power-Sprays delivers a wide selection of GRC Spray Stations designed for versatile manufacturing solutions, including the flexible PS38A for both Sprayed Premix and Traditional Hand Spray applications, and the high-capacity PS10,000 series for high-volume manufacturing.

Spray Guns

At the forefront of specialist GRC production equipment, Power-Sprays leads in GRC Spray Gun/Head innovation. With hundreds of hours invested in research and development, these tools are meticulously crafted to meet the highest quality standards.

GRC Mixers

Power-Sprays offers a variety of mixer systems tailored for the GRC/GFRC industry, from hand-fed GRC125 to platform-mounted GRC125S and GRC250S. These mixers ensure efficient blending of materials, including sand/cement slurries and AR Glass Fibres, without compromising integrity.

GRC Advantages

When comparing GRC with its conventional concrete contemporary, the advantages of GRC are immediately apparent.

GRC Applications

GRC has a range of versatile properties designed to meet diverse application needs across industries.

GRC Production Techniques

GRC’s performance can differ greatly based on several factors, including the mix design, the type and quantity of AR Glass Fibre used and, notably, the method of production.
