High Zirconia 17%+ Alkali Resistant Glass Fibre
Use 1: Spray Applications
AR2500H103 is a very widely used roving for all spray applications.  The special H103 sizing makes compaction easy and this fibre is therefore ideally suited for all architectural products.  The High Zirconia content ensures long-term durability.  The fibre runs smoothly from the roving to the spray gun where it chops easily but maintains its integrity during spraying.

Use 2: Plastic Shrinkage Crack Control
AR2500H103 is a very widely used roving for plastic shrinkage crack control in concrete.  The special H103 sizing aids dispersion into filaments and small bundles of filaments during mixing.  The fibre runs smoothly from the roving to the truck mounted fibre chopper ensuring even dispersion. The High Zirconia content ensures long-term durability.

NEG ARG FIBRE AR2500H200

High Zirconia 17%+ Alkali Resistant Glass Fibre
Use: Spray Applications
AR2500H200 is a stiffer fibre than AR2500H103 and it has advantages when used for producing flat products by automated and semi automated processes.  The high zirconia content and special sizing give excellent long term durability.

NEG ARG FIBRE AR2500H350Y

High Zirconia 17%+ Alkali Resistant Glass Fibre
Use: Spray Applications
AR2500H350Y is a roving which can be used for either spray or premix.  It is a 100 filament per strand fibre giving twice as many reinforcing strands as conventional fibres.  This makes it effective at lower fibre contents. For spray, it can be used at 3.5% – 4.5% to give equivalent flexural strengths to 5% conventional fibre.

NEG ARG FIBRE AR5000H350Y

High Zirconia 17%+ Alkali Resistant Glass Fibre
Use: Spray Applications
AR5000H350Y is a higher Tex version of AR2500H350Y.  In a given time, twice as much fibre is chopped and sprayed when compared to 2500 Tex fibres.

NEG ARG FIBRE AR5000H530X

High Zirconia 17%+ Alkali Resistant Glass Fibre
Use: Premix
AR5000H530X is the popular premix fibre but in roving form.  This allows the customer to chop the fibre to the desired length.  This fibre can also be dispensed directly into the mixer via a multi roving chopping system.
